oysters
without

Why Le Sabrosa?
Because the sea doesn't understand labels.
Because flavor needs no protocol.
Because eating oysters shouldn't be a luxury.
Because we want to break with tradition and
so you can open an oyster with friends
just like you open a vermouth or a beer.
Raised by a family of oyster farmers using traditional methods since 1876 in Marennes-Oléron, France. There, the nutrients from up to four rivers aconverge with the clear waters of the sea, where they intertwine to create an oyster with a sweet flavor, a distinctive character, and a hint of hazelnut.
Artisan tradition. Authenticity with a French touch.
La Savoureuse, that's what they call it in its place of origin. Fleshy, sweet, balanced. Grown with patience, refined in pure waters and with a sea finish.
He's elegant, but he's not trying too hard to be.
A gourmet oyster, cultivated by hand, designed to be enjoyed without formality.
Because eating oysters isn't a luxury: it's a way of savoring life.
Le Sabrosa is not just an oyster.
It's a way of understanding the sea.
Respect for the sea and its natural rhythms.
Without artifice, without overexploitation.
A living product,
clean and full of minerals.
Flavor, emotion, and moments that stay with you.
Raised in a French natural sanctuary.
The sea tastes better with friends.
Quality, without posturing.
Pleasure doesn't wait for Sunday.
Champagne isn't necessary.
An excuse is enough.
With beer, with vermouth, or with laughter.
Le Sabrosa tastes of the sea and the terrace,
of leisurely Sundays and toasts without protocol.
The sea also tastes
like a neighborhood bar.
